Jens Engelhardt is co-founder, shareholder, and authorized signatory of NOTOS Xperts GmbH. As a lawyer and triple specialist attorney (IT law, industrial property protection, copyright and media law), he brings over 25 years of experience at the interface of law, technology, and data.
After more than five years as Managing Director, he now supports the company in an advisory capacity – as a sparring partner for management and the advisory team on issues relating to IT contracts, data law, AI governance, and compliance.
His goal: to contribute legal expertise where it creates strategic added value – pragmatically, in a structured way, and to the point.
