Sven Kolja Braune has been working as a lawyer in IT & IP law since 2003. In addition to his consultancy work as a specialist lawyer for industrial property rights and specialist lawyer for information technology law (IT law), Sven Kolja Braune has been lecturing on competition law, IT and procedural law at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt for over 10 years.
Sven Kolja Braune advises national and international companies in all areas of intellectual property and IT law; he has great expertise in the drafting of non-disclosure agreements and the development of group-wide know-how protection concepts in combination with all types of research and development and licensing agreements.
Through NOTOS Xperts GmbH, Sven Kolja Braune is available to national and international companies as know-how protection officer. The aim is to establish an information management system together with the client, which on the one hand adequately protects all important company information, but on the other hand keeps it economically exploitable for the client.
